a long time since we met up, a long time since we gathered.. at last, an entry with a lighter note!
its Ben's house warming party! ok not really a party because, his guests = us, didn't get to eat anything... ha.. tengho picked up samson, before fetching me at my tuition place, den we headed to fetch yongkang at his house! it really feels like a 4-3 gathering.. or rather, 2-3 gathering.. went to ikea to get ben's house warming gift! so funny, 3 big man ( ok boys) and one big gal = me, trotted thru ikea, scouting for suitable items.. and along the way, joking and teasing each other, catching up on each others' lives.. or rather, me busy finding out what are they doing now and how haf they been.. in fact, they are all in NTU!! yongkang and tengho in engine, and samson bro in NIE... so near yet so far.. aniwae, we hurriedly Ben's housewarming gifts were= one black dustbin, one black document tray, one black carpet rug, and five stools of black and white. muahaha... and it totalled to $48! cheap!
initially i thought yk sitting behind with me, we wouldn't haf much things to say.. but ok leh! we managed to be engaged in some conversations, and other than that, whacking each other with tengho's cushions.. muahaha..
were supposed to pick wan jing up at kembangan mrt, but Ben walked out to fetch her instead, so we drove in ourselves..
the house is real big BIG BIG!! a three storey bungalow with super many antiques, a study room that is the size of my living room, and inside it still got a karaoke room. ok i was supposed to snap photos of it but i forgot.. but nvm, take a look at the master bedroom(only) and i think you can seE how big it is..
a three-seater sofa inside, with sooo much space and this is after i walked a long corridor before getting into the room.. you must really seE the study room man.. his comic collections are like, libraries.. and the way he displayed them, its equivalent to walking into comics connections! coolz! i asked Ben to send mi a snap of it liao.. wait till u'll seE...
tada!~ the one with a twiss~ is Ben - the rich owner of the house.

this is Ben's bed room.. hmmm, about the size of my living room + half dining room ba.. he shares with his sister and brother.. the picture as u can seE from below, is the centre floor of his room. a private toilet, a personal tv set, a disco ball-like lighting structure (no pics!) .. its omg.
there we are, playing monopoly for the day.. its like duno how many donkey years since i touched it!! and i realise i totally forgotten how to play!! and dey are the super pro ones la... especially samson and tengho.. wanjing and i kanna con like mad.. poor us.. samson's counting his money! oh its a spongebob monopoly set btw, and i used patrick! =D
hurriedly rushed off cuz tengho gotta reach hm by 630... so disappointingly, we couldn't take any group photos in time.. but luckily, we four had dinner at jp tgt and managed to snap these two precious pics! haha..

really really enjoyed the times.. and miss those young and carefree and innocent days in 2-3.. i'm glad kc told me i was thinking too much, whn i tot i was losing this bunch of frens.. it turned out a happy ending! we even arranged to meet up for lunch in school! wanjing is going china for two years next year - her TCM course requirement.. hopefully things will turn out fine for her as well.. i want our frenships to last. and i hope they will.. but no matter what, i'll still love and treasure these as part of my memories, the happy ones. =) lurve u guys!
