another weekend has passed and tomorrow is monday again.. used to look forward to mondays when i'm in school cuz i get to see all my friends and hear their cheery voices..now, the only nice thing looking forward to is for monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday to come.. then its FRIDAY again! haha..
ok la not that bad.. but weekends are really so short.. has any government in the world ever thot of implementing a four-day-week instead? hiak.
yesterday met up with my uni gang for ~atas~ dinner @ dempsey road.. if u haven been there, you really should. I guess as we grow older, we'll learn of such places more, visit them more.. and slowly grow the habit of chilling out and enjoy the "night is still young" phrase with ur peeps.. when i first learnt of this place, was last year after our graduation ceremony. i had a big treat from my family at jumbo seafood.. ooo its really quite different from the one at east coast park..but one thing is, despite it being atmospheric, do you realise the place is rather dark? i somehow got a "yawn* feeling whn i reach there... heee cuz its so dimmm oh plus it was raining yest.. hee.. oops.
aniwae, the Wine Co. was not a bad place after all.. considering the comfy chairs (which jiaxing had a difficult time finding places to put his long legs).. but i guess this outlet really is more for chilling out... lots of wine, little food. and for a non-wine drinker, i dun realli know how to appreciate the year and which ever vineyard it came from haha.. oops.. juanjuan and kc were actuali deciding on the wine to choose and when they pointed at the wine to the waitress, waitress replied, "oh, thats a place.. not the wine.. " muahahahh.. it was damn funny... trying to act atas huh~~ =D
but well, the "dinner" was really not satisfying and we ended up at balestier eating bak kut teh... haha... not bad! they haven't been to that famous stall so we made a detour from farrer road to thomson. along the way, kc jus gotta tell us his spoooky stories about where and where.. *shan't repeat* yup but ya.. and juanjuan jus had to get soooo interested.. eeeyer my hairs were standing..
what's next after balestier? we dropped jieling and jiaxing home, while jj, kc, bl and myself ended up at yishun safra, wanting to go for a game of bowling.. well, but it was really quite pack despite the timing of 1145pm. so home sweet home!! but our dearest roomie didn haf a good time at her stocktake thou... haha if we had waited, probably we can go pandan l**p and help u count! ok la... she must be deadbeat..
ok so whats next? next week, i've planned to go to see doctor first (say 9am), den go for the free make-up lesson in town (say 11am) , den meet angeline (say 12.30) den probably evening i can meet kc for a movie - Marley and me! that show seems not bad.. heee..
things have been like ups and downs.. sometimes its really unpredictable whats the next thing / when will it spark off again..
life is like a rollercoaster - cant be more true. ok i shd start doing some work now.. before he drops by for supper later.. ok late dinner. and pizza hut is on the way!! =)
